2. Description of Service
Taheyya is a platform that connects users with celebrities for personalized video messages. We facilitate the connection between users and celebrities but are not responsible for the content of the videos created by celebrities.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change. Payment is required before a video request is processed. Refunds are available in accordance with our refund policy, which may vary based on the circumstances.
5. Video Requests and Delivery
Video delivery times are estimates and may vary. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times. If a video is significantly delayed, you may be eligible for a refund. All videos are subject to review to ensure they meet our quality and content standards.
6. User Content and Conduct
You agree not to submit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You are solely responsible for the content of your requests and must ensure they comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Taheyya, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Taheyya or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Videos created through our platform are owned by the requesting user but may be subject to the celebrity's rights.
8. Refund Policy
Refunds may be available if: (a) the celebrity cannot fulfill your request, (b) the video is significantly delayed beyond the promised timeframe, (c) the video does not meet quality standards, or (d) there is a technical issue preventing delivery. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery or the promised delivery date.
9. Limitation of Liability
Taheyya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our platform. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Taheyya operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
